I had a really good night here, I use a wheelchair and sometimes going to shows can feel like a whole thing but the accessible seating was easy to figure out and the staff were helpful without making it weird or awkward, plus the bathrooms were close by which made everything so much less stressful.

The sound was actually clear all night and never felt too loud, which I appreciated. The vocals came through really well too. That said, given how things were handled, I was expecting at least some kind of apology

Not sure how to explain it, but the seats just felt really cramped. By halfway through the show, my back was already starting to hurt, which made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.

I was ready to buy the tickets, but once all the fees got added, the total ended up being maybe a lot higher than I expected. What looked like a decent price at first turned into something that felt way too pricey

Went to a show and grabbed some snacks before it started. I was definitely a little frustrated with all the waiting around, especially since it felt like everyone showed up at the same time. That said, the concessions were actually better than I expected. The popcorn was fresh, the drinks were cold, and once the line got moving, it wasn’t too bad. Prices were about what you’d expect at a venue, but the quality made it feel a little less painful.

I had a small issue with my tickets, and the staff sorted it out really quickly. They were super friendly about it and didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother. I’m sure other customers would appreciate that kind of help too, because it makes the whole experience a lot less stressful

The show itself was totally fine, and I had a decent time overall, but the bathrooms were gross. They smelled really bad, like old trash, wet floors, and that strong public restroom smell all mixed together. It was the kind of thing where you walk in and immediately want to turn around. The stalls didn’t seem very clean, the sinks looked messy, and the whole place just felt neglected. I’ve been to busy venues, gas stations, parks, festivals, and even small bars with cleaner bathrooms than this. Not trying to be dramatic, but it definitely took away from the experience a bit

Not gonna lie, I mostly check The Capitol Theatre site just to see who’s coming up, and the lineup is usually great. There’s a nice mix of older acts, jam bands, and the occasional random show I didn’t expect to see.

I’ve actually found a couple concerts on there that I ended up going to, so it’s definitely been useful. The dates and basic info are easy to find once you’re looking at a specific show.

The only thing is the site can feel a little cluttered when you’re just browsing around. Still, I’ve had a good experience overall, so I’d give it 4 stars...

The place was really clean everywhere I went, even the bathrooms, which is saying something. Like, why is it so rare to go to a theater and not worry about sticky floors, random messes, or gross seats? It was just nice to relax and watch the movie without feeling like I needed to disinfect my shoes afterward.

The balcony angle also felt a little awkward, like I was constantly trying to find the right position. Just a heads up for anyone using it, my page froze for a second and I had to hit back once, so don’t panic if it acts a little clunky. My confirmation email came through right away though, so in the end it was a solid experience.

Getting in took way longer than I expected, which was annoying and kind of a mess. The staff were alright though, and the line did finally get moving eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster.

I’m probably a little biased because I already like the Capitol Theatre, but their website was really easy to use. Not much to complain about, just a smooth, simple experience overall.

Finding parking nearby was a pain. It felt like one of those situations where the rules technically allow parking, but every little policy loophole makes it way more annoying than it needs to be.

It’s right by transit, so getting there was simple. The walk was super easy too.

I really enjoyed this place. It has that classic old-school theatre vibe and a super cozy atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. i’d happily come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, charming spot.

I went to a show at The Capitol Theatre and the security team was great, they kept the line moving and checked bags quickly without making it feel tense or annoying.

Once we were inside, they were still easy to spot and clearly paying attention, but they weren’t hovering or getting in the way. One of the guys even pointed us toward our section, I felt safe the whole night and would definitely give them 5 stars

I called the box office kind of worried, but the person who helped me was super patient and got it fixed really quickly. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth or anything complicated. They sent over the updated tickets, and everything worked just fine at the show. I really appreciated how easy they made it.
